BOH Student Speaker Competition

Submission Dates: Open August 24st – September 21st

Empowering the next generation of Female Leaders

In Partnership with UNLV:

  • First place will receive: $5,000 scholarship
  • Second and Third place will receive: $500 scholarship each
  • All 3 students will present their company live during “The Business of Her” conference with a short pitch.

Requirements:

  • Applicant requirements:
    1. Be currently enrolled undergraduate students at UNLV with a major.
    2. Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
    3. Demonstrate strong communication skills and confidence in public speaking
  • Required Application Materials:
    1 Minute Video Submission: Prompt: "What problem in the world do you plan to solve through your future career?
  • Students will submit their resume highlighting leadership experience, involvement, employment, volunteer service, and accomplishments.
